A little about me!

I received my schooling from Healing Hands Massage Institute, in Richardson TX. 

Massage has been a passion of mine since I was five years old. Almost every morning before school, my father would wake me up with a back massage. I loved it so much that I wanted others to feel the same way I did. From then on I would always offer massages to family and friends if they were hurting. Turning this into a profession has been the most rewarding experience, and I truly look forward to the years to come. 

My practice is designed so that every session is customized to the clients needs. I incorporate clinical techniques (Trigger point, myofascial release, PNF) to increase mobility and blood flow to problematic areas, but also use therapeutic techniques to keep you in a state of peace and relaxation. 

It is my honor to help you with your massage needs. I have two locations I work at so choose based on the environment that best suits you! I look forward to meeting you.
